I’ve been useing Coloninx for about 2 1/2 months now. It has helped in getting rid of my bloating and constipation BUT…..
I havent lost any weight and I havent had any of those really weird looking bowel movements. I did seem to have expelled some OLD fecal matter that was clogging me up. I also did notice my hair has stopped falling out and I do have alittle more energy. I’m going to finish the whole 90 day program but I’ve just growen to really HATE the taste of the fiber drink. It has also caused me to have to run to the bathroom at times. So their claim to not cause exsplosive bowel movements was wrong. I do get the diahrriea from time to time still. Especially when it’s close to my time of the month. It seemed to cause me to have really lose stool. But only until my period is over. All and all I think the Colonix is doing a great job. I feel lighter and Im able to EMPTY my self completley. I have NEVER had that feeling before. I also feel like it’s doing my insides a real favor but getting rid of all the OLD stuff.

I have started on Dr. Natura Colonix protocol. The first 2 days were wonderful–flattening of the belly and large, frequent stools. Now as I am in the 7th day, my abdomen is truly bloated, hands and feet are swollen (I admit to using salt) and I feel as if I “have to go”…but the stools are not as large as the first 2 days and I feel 10 months pregnant. I know detoxing the body produces all sorts of symptoms–should I be on a strict vegetarian diet? Will the bloating come down? I aim to continue on this regimen for a full 3 months because, being of Italian descent, I have eaten so much of the no-no foods. I look for a pat on the back and a good word of advice. Thank you

Okay! I have been using the Colonix program for 2 months and just starting my 3rd one now. Initially, I didn’t really like the taste of the fiber drink, but am fine with it now. Never experienced any of the long colorful things, but I do think that I have become extremely regular up to a max of 3 times a day. Some mornings in the beginning had me running to the bathroom, but I am used to the regular thing now in the AM. I have to say that it really helps to eat healthy and drink tons of H2O with this program. In conjunction of this program and adjusting my eating habits, I have gone from a max of 150-152lbs and min of 148-149lbs to now a max of 140-141lbs and min of 138-139lbs and dropping. My stomach has shrunk and is a lot flatter and clothing fits much nicer now.

Try not to steep your tea as long, that may be causing your loose stool issue. Also your weight may not come off right away, be patient. Eat clean foods that are easily to digest for your body. A lot of people try to complete this program without using food that will help with the expelling process. It is IMPORTANT that you do this as not to re-create the same issues you are trying to solve.
I am not sure this applies to you but I felt led to say it…for someone who may read this.

I’m on day 8. I seeped tea too long last night- 7 or 8 minutes, and I had to rush to the bathroom this morning. Other than that, I can see improvement. More energy, more frequent stools; only 2-3/wk before. What exactly should I be eating? I had a floater yesterday, and apparently that’s good, not sure what it means. By day 2 I saw the white spots- parasites. I’ve never seen anything like that before; it was not something I ate.
