Day 17 of my Colonix review…
Not too much to report today. I had another bowel movement after I woke up this morning with some more funky looking stuff mixed in (not nearly as much as yesterday’s episode) and I’ve also had two pretty big bowel movements this afternoon.

I think it’s great you are documenting your results. I will be sure to read updates daily. I am on day 10 of the cleanse. Have you changed anything in your diet? Or are you just eating what you normally eat? Good Luck!!!!!
