Well, I’m starting to see interesting things on a daily basis now. This morning after waking up, I had another huge bowel movement and for the 2nd day in a row, the toilet bowl was full of some really nasty looking stuff.
The particular piece that is pictured above was the largest to date, and it was approximately a foot long.
As far as any Colonix side effects (positive and negative), I really haven’t experienced too much. I haven’t noticed any increase in energy as some have described, or the ability to “think more clearly”. The only side effect that I’ve noticed from the Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleansing program so far is that my waistline is a little thinner and I’ve experienced some minor cramping occasionally in the morning.
