Unfortunately I don’t have any exciting news to report on day 31 of my Dr. Natura Colonix intestinal cleanse treatment. I had a bowel movement shortly after I woke up this morning and the size and appearance of it was normal.
After taking the Colonix colon cleansing program for a month now, I’m required to take a break from KleriTea (the herbal colon cleansing tea) and Paranil (the anti-parasite pills) for several days. I will still be taking the normal daily dose of the Colonix fiber drink supplement.
