Unfortunately I don’t have any exciting news to report on day 31 of my Dr. Natura Colonix intestinal cleanse treatment. I had a bowel movement shortly after I woke up this morning and the size and appearance of it was normal.
After taking the Colonix colon cleansing program for a month now, I’m required to take a break from KleriTea (the herbal colon cleansing tea) and Paranil (the anti-parasite pills) for several days. I will still be taking the normal daily dose of the Colonix fiber drink supplement.

This is day 30 of my Colonix natural colon cleaning treatment and the healthy bowel movements continue. I went to the restroom shortly after waking up this morning and again filled the toilet bowl with lots of strange looking stools, including more mucoid plaque.
After completing my first 30 day cycle of Dr. Natura’s Colonix program, I have seen an increase in the amount of trips I make each day to the bathroom and I’m also having larger bowel movements. While many Colonix users report things like an increase in energy, slimmer waistline, clearer thinking, etc., I haven’t seen those results.

Ah, and just when I thought things were starting to get boring…
I’m on day 29 of my Dr. Natura Colonix bowel cleansing treatment, and I felt the urge to go to the bathroom this morning before I even got out of bed. When I got up to go to the restroom, I had a small bowel movement but it was very odd looking (and too small to take a good picture of).
Approximately 10 minutes later I felt the need to go to the bathroom again, and this time it was an even stronger sensation. I went again and this time, I literally filled the entire toilet bowl with stool and a good bit of it was that nasty looking mucus-textured mucoid plaque…
