Day 13 of my Colonix colon cleansing experiment…
I had some cramping this morning (stronger than I’ve had previously, but nothing major) which was probably due to the fact that I steeped the KleriTea drink for 15 minutes again last night. The discomfort seemed to get worse until I went to the bathroom, at which point they went away completely.
About an hour after that, the cramping came back and I took a 2nd trip to the bathroom. I’ve felt great ever since.
Stools so far today have been normal looking, but there is more than usual and I do find myself going to the bathroom more frequently. I’ll keep you posted.

I’m now 12 days into my review of the Colonix herbal colon cleansing program by Dr. Natura…
Last night, I steeped the KleriTea detoxification drink for another 15 minutes before going to bed. Once again, I feel great this morning with no discomfort or cramping.
Shortly after waking up this morning, I passed another large bowel movement. I took a 2nd trip to the bathroom approximately 30 minutes after that and had another healthy-sized movement. While both trips to the bathroom produced large eliminations, there are no strange looking items to report today. Stay tuned…

Well, I’ll admit it. I was pretty excited to see yesterday’s results and I’m really looking forward to the weeks ahead…
Last night before going to bed, I steeped the Colonix KleriTea drink for 15 minutes. I wasn’t sure what to expect this morning, but overall I feel great. No cramping or discomfort whatsoever from the stronger tea.
I had another large bowel movement this morning after waking up, and portions of it resembled what surfaced yesterday (only smaller). I’ve decided to order another 30 day supply of Colonix after seeing that the program is doing what it claims. It’s recommended that your first colon cleansing cycle last for 2-3 months, so I’ll continue the program for another 30 days after my first month is up. Stay tuned.

I’m on day 10 of my Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleanser review…
As I mentioned yesterday, I decided to steep the KleriTea drink for 13 minutes last night. Previously, the longest I had steeped the detoxification tea for was 11 minutes.
Everything was pretty normal this morning after I woke up, and I began my new morning ritual… 4 Paranil capsules with 8 ounces of water, followed by 1 scoop of the Colonix fiber powder mixed with water about 20 minutes after.
Roughly 10 minutes after taking the Colonix fiber drink, I had an urge to go to the bathroom. When I was done, I checked the stool to see if anything strange was passed. Houston, we have our first sighting…

To the best of my knowledge, I have never (as in, ever.) passed anything that even looked remotely as scary as this. It was about 6 inches in length and the best phrase that I could use to describe it would be “rope like”. Needless to say, this was a morning that will not soon be forgotten.
This morning’s results were both exciting, and frightening. I am encouraged to see that the program is working and am looking forward to the coming weeks. Stay tuned…

9 days into my experience with Dr. Natura’s Colonix colon cleanser, and things are beginning to happen.
I steeped the KleriTea beverage last night for another 11 minutes before going to bed. When I woke up this morning, I had some minor stomach cramps once again and had 2 bowel movements within a 15 minute period of time. After going to the bathroom, the cramping went away.
There were no strange looking stools, but things are definitely starting to take effect. Tonight, I’m going to steep the tea for 13 minutes. Stay tuned.

Day 8 of my Dr. Natura Colonix review and still not a whole lot to report. I decided to steep the KleriTea herbal detox tea for 11 minutes last night before going to bed in an effort to get the party started so to speak.
I woke up this morning with some (minor) stomach cramps and a slight urge to go to the bathroom. I had a small bowel movement and went on with my morning. Less than 5 minutes later, the cramps returned and I had another bowel movement. This one was quite large. The cramps returned a 3rd time less than an hour after that and I had a 3rd bowel movement (small).
Right now, I’m feeling great and don’t have cramps anymore… It’s pretty obvious that steeping the tea for 11 minutes definitely had an effect on things so I’ll be doing the same tonight. Stay tuned…

Well, my Dr. Natura Colonix herbal colon cleanser review continues and still not much to report. The amount of supplements I’m taking through the program was just increased per the instructions, so we’ll see if that has an effect on things.
Stay tuned…

Here’s the latest update from my ongoing review of Dr. Natura’s Colonix colon cleansing product…
I still feel pretty normal at this point. However, I am starting to notice that my bowel movements are larger than normal. Another side effect that I’ve noticed is that I’m waking up in the mornings a little earlier than normal.
I’ve been drinking quite a bit of water each day as recommended in the instructions included with the Colonix program. Their advice is to drink 8 glasses of water daily.
Tomorrow the supplement dosages increase so maybe things will start to get interesting after that happens. We’ll have to wait and see…

Still not much to report at this point…
I still feel completely normal and really haven’t experienced any side effects that some users have reported. After the fifth day on the Colonix program, the dosages get increased so perhaps that will kick things into gear so to speak.
Other than one episode the other day where I had a larger than normal bowel movement, everything has been normal in that department as well. I’ve really not had any strong urges to run to the bathroom or problems with gas. Stay tuned…

I decided to steep my KleriTea (the herbal detoxification tea) longer than the night before. I let it steep for 6 minutes hoping that a stronger dosage might help in speeding things along.
This morning I feel normal, no unusual side effects to report at this time and there were no news worthy bowel movements to report.

I got up a little while ago and so far so good. No headaches or cramping so far from the Colonix program.
After being up and moving around for a half hour or so, I did feel the urge to go to the bathroom. I had a pretty large bowel movement so there is something going on at this point. There were no strange looking pieces in the stool, but the quantity was more than usual.
I’m getting ready to take the Paranil capsules and the Colonix fiber drink right now. Stay tuned…

Well, not much to report so far in regards to my experience with the Dr. Natura Colonix program. I didn’t have any uncomfortable side effects from the Paranil anti-parasite capsules, the Colonix fiber powder, or the KleriTea. So far, I’ve had no cramping, headaches, or anything strange to report as far as bowel movements go.
To my surprise, the KleriTea herbal detoxification tea actually doesn’t taste bad at all. Stay tuned…

I’ve decided to document my experience with Dr. Natura’s Colonix colon cleansing program. Over the next month, I’ll update this blog each day with a progress report and pictures if anything unusual is produced.
The Colonix system is made up of 3 parts. Capsules, a fiber powder drink, and an herbal tea. You’re required to take 2 capsules immediately when you wake up in the morning, followed by a 1/2 scoop of the Colonix fiber mix with a couple glasses of water. Lastly, before going to bed you drink a cup of the hot herbal detoxification tea called KleriTea.
This should be an adventure to say the least. Be sure to subscribe to my RSS feed or bookmark this address and check in each day for the latest updates. Stay tuned…
